RHFC Building Protocol

There is an entry protocol into the Armoury, admittance into the building may ONLY be permitted by an Officer Staff Member, Civilian Instructor or a uniformed Cadet.

Please adhere to the following:

Doors Open for Opening Parade : 6:15 – 7:00pm

Doors Open for Closing Parade : 8:30 – 9:00pm

Any other requirements for entry may be made by appointment; call the office at 519-623-6406 or email at 21army@cadets.gc.ca

1. Absences

2. North Dumfries Open House

  • Thank you to those who have signed up for this event, we now have enough cadets
  • North Dumfries Community Complex on Feb 29th 1300-1600
  • Any questions can be directed to OCdt Shand (pipergirl123@hotmail.com)

3. Legion Medal of Excellence

  • Available for Cadets that have 3 years of training or more
  • If you meet the posted criteria you need to submit a resume by February 24th
  • Email to 21army@cadets.gc.ca or hand in to OCdt Shand

4. Band Practice:

  • Tuesday Evenings 1800 hrs – 2030hrs at Monsignor Doyle
  • Dress is appropriate civilian attire
  • Any questions can be directed to C.I. Macdonald (macdonx321@hotmail.com)

5. Marksmanship Team:

  • Feb 11th, 1830 hrs – 2100 hrs at Armoury
  • Marksmanship team members only
  •  Any questions can be directed to Lt. Docherty (sdocherty@outlook.com)

6. Drill Team:

  • Thursday evenings 1900 hrs – 2100 hrs
  • St. Augustine Catholic School, enter by the door directly off the parking lot.
  • Parade Boots and Head dress required. For new recruits if you do not have that is ok.
